2. Reservations and Check-In

2.1 Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation request at our discretion.

To make a reservation, you must be at least 21 years of age and provide a valid credit card for guarantee purposes.

Rates quoted are per room per night, based on the specified occupancy, and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

2.2 Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card at check-in. The credit card holder must be one of the guests checking in.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in and stay at Vosmisa Casino Hotel.

3. Payment and Charges

You agree to pay all charges for your stay, including room rates, applicable taxes, resort fees, and charges for any additional services or amenities used during your stay.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges. We may place a hold on your credit card for estimated incidental charges, which will be released upon check-out if no additional charges are incurred.

All outstanding charges must be paid in full at the time of check-out.

4. Casino Gaming

All guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino floor and participate in gaming activities.

Valid government-issued photo identification may be required to enter the casino and for certain transactions, including but not limited to, credit applications, check cashing, and jackpot payouts.

Vosmisa Casino Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to exclude any person from the casino premises at our sole discretion.

All gaming activities are subject to the rules and regulations set by the applicable gaming authorities and our internal policies.

5. Loyalty Program

Membership in our loyalty program is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the program, which may be updated from time to time.

Points, rewards, and benefits earned through our loyalty program have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or bartered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vosmisa Casino Hotel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your stay or use of our services.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuable items.

Our liability for any claim, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your stay during which the claim arose.

8. Force Majeure

Vosmisa Casino Hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, government actions, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Vosmisa Casino Hotel or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.
