1.2 Modification of Reservations
Modifications to existing reservations, such as changes in dates or room types, are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. The following conditions apply:
- Modifications made more than 72 hours before check-in: No fee for modifications, but rate differences may apply
- Modifications made within 72 hours of check-in: Subject to availability and may incur fees equivalent to our cancellation policy
- Reducing the length of stay within the cancellation period is treated as a partial cancellation and is subject to the cancellation fees outlined above
2. Suite Reservations
2.1 Cancellation Timeline and Fees

2.2 Modification of Suite Reservations
Due to the limited availability of our suites, modifications to suite reservations are subject to stricter conditions:
- Modifications made more than 7 days before check-in: No fee for modifications, but rate differences may apply
- Modifications made within 7 days of check-in: Subject to availability and may incur fees equivalent to our cancellation policy
3. Group Reservations
Group reservations consisting of 5 or more rooms are subject to separate cancellation policies, which will be outlined in the group contract. Generally, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation value
- Cancellations made 0-14 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total reservation value

4. Special Event Periods
During special event periods, holidays, and peak seasons, different cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Typically, special event periods require:
- Non-refundable deposits at the time of booking
- Longer cancellation notice periods (typically 14-30 days)
- Stricter refund policies
Special event periods include, but are not limited to, New Year's Eve, major sporting events, festivals, and holiday weekends.
5. Package Reservations
Special packages that include accommodations plus additional components (such as spa treatments, dining credits, show tickets, or casino credits) are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival: Full refund
- Cancellations made 3-7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the package price
- Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival: No refund
Some packages may be designated as non-refundable at the time of booking. In such cases, no refunds will be provided regardless of when the cancellation is made.
6. Refund Process
When a refund is due according to our cancellation policy, the following procedures apply:
- Credit card refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
- All refunds are issued using the original payment method
- Refund confirmations are sent via email
7. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure circumstances that prevent you from traveling or us from providing accommodations (such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control), we will work with affected guests to reschedule their stay without penalty or provide appropriate refunds, regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
